I am often not happy with the quality of that work. I feel the integrity has been compromised and it is less fun because I don't have the chance to create. This year our team is taking the time to plan out the year in more detail so that we know what's coming up and can take it at a more gradual pace. There will still be last minute projects but they should be far and few between and more workable within our new workflow.
